李瑞棉，女，中共党员，研究生毕业于北京工业大学，英语语言学专业，博士毕业于英国雷丁大学，商务信息管理专业，获哲学博士学位。2024年8月到北京农学院担任外语教学部大学英语专任教师。

研究方向及兴趣：包括商务英语、应用语言学、英语教学与研究、跨文化交际、数字生态系统。

Li Ruimian, female, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a master’s degree in English Linguistics, and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree from University of Reading in the UK, majoring in Business Information Management. She has been working as a full-time College English teacher in the Foreign Language Teaching Department of Beijing University of Agriculture since August 2024.

Research directions and interests: Business English, Applied Linguistics, English Teaching and Research, Intercultural Communication, and Digital Ecosystem.
