勾占宁，男，教授，1965年出生，群众，体育教研室主任，2002年调入北京农学院体育教学部。主要讲授课程：乒乓球、高尔夫球、篮球等课程。担任北京农学院男子篮球队教练。

教学方面

主要承担乒乓球、高尔夫球等课程，累计超3000课时，同时带领北京农学院校级男子篮球队进行日常教学训练、比赛等工作。

师德方面

2020年9月荣获北京农学院“三育人”标兵称号。

科研方面

作为北京农学院体育教研室主任，带领体育教师积极开展科研工作，提示科研对于日常体育教学工作的帮助。2022年申请到中国高等教育学会的国家级规划重点课题：疫情防控常态化背景下高校“体育课程思政”建设的路径研究，目前处于在研阶段，已顺利完成中期检查汇报，并通过审核。独立出版专著1部：《现代篮球运动教学与训练方法研究》，将篮球理论与实践教学相结合，篮球教学与训练相结合，指导学生多次获得省部级以上篮球联赛奖项。

近年来，发表论文多篇，担任副主编出版多部省部级规划教材，更好辅助日常体育教学工作的开展。

竞赛方面

带领北京农学院男子篮球队进行日常训练工作，为每学年北京市教委组织的首都高校男子大学生篮球联赛做准备。自2020年以来，先后获得2020年首都高校大学生篮球联赛（乙组）第四名；获得2023年首都高等学校篮球联赛乙组第五名，并获体育道德风尚奖；获得2024年第26届CUBL中国大学生篮球二级联赛（北京赛区）第七名。其中在2021年5月，疫情仍然较为严重的情况下，带领球队坚持训练，磨练技、战术，最终荣获2021年首都高校篮球联赛(乙组)冠军，时隔16年再次带领农学院校级男子篮球队获得桂冠。同时，在历年北京市高校篮球比赛中多次被组委会评为“优秀教练员”称号。

社会服务方面

2019年10月参加中华人民共和国成立70周年群众游行活动，在经过多次凌晨彩排，顺利、圆满完成本次艰巨的任务，以55岁的年龄成为北京农学院当时参加此活动最年长的成员，最终获得中共北京市委、北京市人民政府颁发的纪念证书；

常年担任北京市昌平区篮球裁判协会主任，担任昌平区篮球比赛的裁判长工作，北京市高校篮球比赛的裁判工作，极大的促进了昌平区篮球事业的蓬勃发展。

- Delivered courses in Table Tennis, Golf, and Basketball, accumulating over 3,000 class hours.

- Led daily training and competition preparation for the university’s men’s basketball team.

Ethics and Recognition

- Awarded the Education Model Teacher title by Beijing University of Agriculture in September 2020.

Research and Academic Contributions

- As Director of the Physical Education Teaching and Research Office, spearheaded research initiatives to enhance sports pedagogy.

- Secured a National Key Research Project from the China Association of Higher Education in 2022: Research on the Path of "Ideological and Political Education in Sports Courses" in Universities Under the Normalization of Pandemic Prevention and Control. Currently in progress, with mid-term review successfully completed and approved.

- Published a solo-authored monograph: Research on Teaching and Training Methods of Modern Basketball, integrating theory and practice to guide students in winning multiple provincial and national basketball league awards.

- Authored numerous academic papers and co-edited provincial-level planned textbooks to support sports education.

Competition Achievements

- Trained the Beijing University of Agriculture Men’s Basketball Team for annual competitions, including the Capital University Basketball League organized by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Key results:

- 4th place, 2020 Capital University Basketball League (Group B).

- 5th place and Sportsmanship Award, 2023 Capital University Basketball League (Group B).

- 7th place, 2024 26th CUBL China University Basketball League (Level II, Beijing Division).

- Champion, 2021 Capital University Basketball League (Group B), breaking a 16-year championship drought for the university.

- Repeatedly honored as "Outstanding Coach" by competition committees.

Social Service

- Participated in the 70th Anniversary Mass Parade of the People’s Republic of China (October 2019), completing rigorous rehearsals and tasks at age 55, becoming the oldest participant from the university. Awarded a Commemorative Certificate by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government.

- Served as Director of the Changping District Basketball Referees Association (Beijing), overseeing refereeing for district and university-level competitions, significantly advancing basketball development in the region.
