吴宝利，男，中共党员，1974年生人，教授，基础教学部分工会主席，1998年入职北京农学院。主要讲授课程游泳、篮球、乒乓球、排球等课程。担任北京农学院校游泳队教练。篮球、田径、排球、沙滩排球国家一级裁判员。

担任主编、副主编先后出版教材十部，出版著作一部，以第一作者撰写论文二十余篇，主持课题四项，其中北京市高等教育学会重点课题一项、参加课题八项。

指导游泳队多次获得优异成绩：在全国大学生游泳比赛中所带队员荣获冠军13项，第二名至第八名多项，在首都高等学校游泳比赛中所带队员荣获冠军40多项，第二名至第八名多项，并多次荣获全国、北京市大学生游泳分会“优秀教练员”称号。

2002-2004年授予北京农学院“三育人”先进工作者、2010-2012年授予北京农学院三育人标兵。2012被评为中国高等农业院校优秀体育教师。荣获2017、2018年度中国大学生体育协会游泳分会“先进个人”，2021年被评为北京农学院优秀党务工作者，多次被评为农学院工会先进工作者和离退休先进个人，多次在昌平中小学和机关单位的篮球比赛中进行执裁工作,2024年被评为北京市教育系统教书育人先锋。

Wu Baoli, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in 1974, is a professor and the chairman of the sub-union of the DepartmentofBasic Teaching. He joined Beijing University of Agriculture in 1998. He mainly teaches courses such asSwimming,Basketball,TableTennis, andVolleyball and serves as the coach of the university’s swimming team. He is a national first-class referee in basketball, track and field, volleyball, and beach volleyball.

Asthechief editor or associate editor, he has published ten textbooks and one monograph. He has authored more than 20 research papers as the first author and has led four research projects, including one key project of the Beijing Higher Education Society. Additionally, he has participated in eight other research projects.

Under his guidance, the university’s swimming team has achieved outstanding results: his athletes have won 13 championships and multiple second to eighth-place awards in national college swimming competitions. In the Capital Higher Education Swimming Championships, his team members have secured over 40 championships, along with numerous second to eighth-place awards. He has been repeatedly honored as an “Outstanding Coach” by both the National and Beijing University Swimming Divisions.

He was recognized as an “Advanced Educator” of Beijing University of Agriculture from 2002 to 2004 and as a “Model Educator” from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, he was named an Outstanding Physical Education TeacherinChinese Agricultural Universities. He received the “Outstanding Individual” award from the Swimming Division of the China University Sports Association in both 2017 and 2018. In 2021, he was honored as an “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker” at Beijing University of Agriculture. He has also been recognized multiple times as an “Outstanding Trade Union Worker” and an “Outstanding Retiree Affairs Worker” at the university. Additionally, he has officiated basketball games in primary and secondary schools and government institutions in Changping District. In 2024, he was awarded the title of “Pioneer in Teaching and Educating” by Beijing education system.
