张德凤，女，中共党员，副教授。1998年毕业于北京外国语大学，获英语语言文学学士学位，英语专业八级成绩良好。2006年获得中国人民大学英语语言文学硕士学位。

自1998年7月以来，一直担任外语教学部的大学英语专任教师。主要教授大学英语一到四级和小学期的英语听说，并承担高级英语以及研究生英语的授课任务。尽心尽力地教授学生，受到学生的好评。所教的2015级学生四级一次性通过率成绩较好，获校级教学奖励。指导学生参加各项英语竞赛获得校级和省部级奖项20人次以上。主持横向课题及校级教改项目共5项，参加项目5项，公开发表论文16篇，副主编书籍3部。

1999年获北京农学院基础部优秀青年教师称号；2001年获北京农学院第一届青年教师教学竞赛一等奖；2009年获北京农学院高等教育教学成果二等奖；获2018—2020年度北京农学院“三育人”先进工作者称号；2020学年度教职工师德考核优秀。

Zhang Defeng, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds the job title as an associate professor. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, achieving a good score in the TEM-8 (Test for English Majors-Band 8). In 2006, she obtained a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Renmin University of China.

Since July 1998, she has been a dedicated full-time university English teacher in the Foreign Language Teaching Departmentin Beijing University of Agriculture. She mainly teaches College English as well as advanced English and graduate-level English courses. She has consistently devoted herself to teaching and has received positive feedback from students. The first-time pass rate of the CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) in 2015 for students she taught was notably high, earning her a university-level teaching award. She has guided students to win over 20 awards in various English competitions at both university and provincial levels. She has led 5 research and teaching reform projects, participated in 5 projects, published 16 academic papers, and served as deputy editor for 3 books.

First Prize in the 1st Young Teachers’ Teaching Competition at Beijing University of Agriculture in 2001.
