刘军占，男，副教授，1973年出生，中共党员，中国高山滑雪国家级裁判，1998年来北京农学院体育教学部工作。主要讲授课程：游泳、高山滑雪、手球、田径、篮球等课程。担任北京农学院田径队、滑雪队教练。

教学方面

主要承担游泳、手球、篮球等课程，工作量名列前茅，同时带领北京农学院田径队、高山滑雪队进行日常教学训练、比赛等工作。

师德方面

2022年9月荣获北京农学院“三育人”先进个人。

科研方面

2012年09月“高尔夫特色课程建设与实践”荣获北京农学院高等教育教学成果一等奖。

2012年09月“跆拳道课程建设与特色教学”荣获北京农学院高等教育教学成果二等奖。

2022北京冬奥会高山滑雪比赛(竞技)国内技术官员（NTO），北京冬奥会高山滑雪裁判主管。2013年第12届、2017年第13届中国全运会裁判。

Liu Junzhan, a male associate professor born in 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds the national-level referee qualification for alpine skiing in China. He has been working at the Physical Education Department of Beijing University of Agriculture since 1998. His main courses include swimming, alpine skiing, handball, track and field, and basketball. He also serves as the coach of the Beijing University of Agriculture's track and field team and skiing team.

Teaching Aspects:

He primarily teaches courses such as swimming, handball, and basketball, and his workload consistently ranks among the top. In addition, he leads the daily training and competition preparations for Beijing University of Agriculture's track and field team and alpine skiing team.

Award for Teacher Morality:

In September 2022, he was honored as an "Outstanding Educator in Morality, Knowledge, and Ability” at Beijing University of Agriculture.

Research Aspects:

In September 2012, he won the First Prize for Teaching Achievements in Higher Education at Beijing University of Agriculture for his work in "Golf Characteristic Course Construction and Practice."

Also in September 2012, he received the Second Prize for Teaching Achievements in Higher Education for his work in "Taekwondo Course Construction and Characteristic Teaching."

In June 2022, he co-authoredUniversity Sports Culture Textbook, published by China Agriculture Press, as part of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' “13th Five-Year Plan” textbooks.

In August 2023, he served as the editor-in-chief ofUniversity Sports and Health, a high-quality textbook for higher education in Beijing, published by Beijing Sports University Press.

Competitions:

His teams and individual athletes have excelled in various national skiing challenges and university meets. They have secured multiple championships and top placements in alpine skiing, snowboarding, as well as track and field events.

Social Service:

He served as a domestic technical official (NTO) and referee supervisor for alpine skiing at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, playing a crucial role in ensuring the event's smooth progression. He also served as a referee at the 12^thand 13^thChinese National Games in 2013 and 2017, respectively.
